Yamaha AvantGrand N3 Digital Grand Piano
New model digital pianos are great and there are some very impressive ones out there including the new Kawai CA401, CA501, CA701, CA901, NV10S Novus, Roland HP702, HP704, LX705, LX706, LX708, Yamaha CLP-795GP, Yamaha AvantGrand N1X, N3X, and many more. These digital pianos have some new features that make playing a digital piano even more exciting and I definitely recommend them.
Many of the digital pianos I have mentioned here so far are over $3000, some between $2000-$3000, and some well over $5000 internet price. However, there are also great new digital pianos under $2000 and under $1000 which can be excellent options depending on your budget, musical goals, and what you want your digital piano to look like.
Up to 50% OFF & More on USED Digital Pianos
But if you are looking in that “higher price range” over $2000, over $3000, over $5000, and on up, then check with us first to see what might be available in late model “USED” digital pianos…because it may be the perfect opportunity for you to get one and save a huge amount of money, sometimes as much as 50% off new models. As an example, if the world of automobiles, there are a lot of people looking for the perfect late model vehicle at a much lower price than a new one.
I believe this is a great option for a lot of people who want a higher end product for the price of a lower end product. There are great deals out there on late model vehicles and it’s not much different for digital pianos. The only limitation for digital pianos is that there are not near as many new digital pianos sold in the US as there are new vehicles. Many families have at least 2 vehicles per household whereas most home do not have a digital piano or any piano in them for that matter because there are far fewer people playing the piano then there are driving a car…that’s fairly obvious.
When it comes to finding a great USED late model digital piano in excellent condition at a low price, that kind of thing is not always easy to find because most people keep their digital and acoustic pianos much longer than people keep their new vehicles. This means there are far fewer new digital pianos out there to start with and then they don’t come up as “used” too often or too quickly because people tend to keep them longer.
Nevertheless, we can definitely help you and we have opportunities available on some late model great USED digital pianos from Yamaha, Kawai, Roland, Casio, Korg, and other top brands on digital pianos that might be perfect for you and you could SAVE A LOT OF MONEY!
Digital Piano Defective Circuit Board
It is true that there are some used digital pianos selling locally on CraigsList or on eBay, etc. But I would not trust those digital pianos because you just don’t know if something is wrong with it that could be very expensive to repair. The things you cannot see on the inside of an older digital piano piano is what can be scary in terms of potential repair costs. Key actions, for instance, can have issues with mechanical parts of even key contacts which could cost hundreds of dollars to repair…assuming parts are even available.
If there are intermittent problems that occur in the piano then those are more difficult to repair because they don’t happen all the time. Some repair issues might take a brand new Mother Board (circuit board) replacement which is very expensive, but in many cases those circuit boards may not be available anymore so then you have to “trash the piano” because it is irreparable…and I have personally seen this kind of thing happen before.
The older the USED digital piano is, the more problems it could have and the more costly it will be to repair should it need service. Buying a new digital piano does have it’s advantages, so for some people that may be the best option. But if you can get a “late model” digital piano that looks and functions like new…then “why not?! We are not “digital piano experts” for no reason…we know what we are doing, understand new and used digital pianos much better than most people out there, and we’ll give you helpful, expert advice so you can make a good decision on what digital piano will be best for you.
